Food - Dec 8, 2009

I am going to try to remember to keep track of what I eat for the day, so if I have a reaction I can try to pinpoint where it came from. I know it is boring, so feel free to skip it. :o)

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with fat free cheddar cheese
Banana

Lunch
Leftover chicken cacciatore
Yogurt

Dinner
Potato soup with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
Spring mix salad with 2 T Ken's steakhouse Northern Italian salad dressing

Snacks
Apple
Banana

Eggs are not a normal breakfast for me at all. I usually eat oatmeal, but it has been suggested that I hold off on eating oatmeal - even GF oatmeal - for at least 6 months to give my body time to heal. I bought some GF grits today and will eat those from now on.

hope all the work pays off-I know I could tell a difference when I stopped eating what I was allergic to-different situation than yours but generally the same....
